Sheila (on the phone): Btw, where are you?
Martin: I'm at the supermarket.
Sheila: Hmm...ok. Why are you there?
Martin: I'm buying food so I can cook our dinner tonight when I get home.
Sheila: But erhm...I told you yesterday that we go to Sandra's place tonight for BBQ.
Martin: Doh!

HELP!!! My husband is in urgent need of extra memory... . Right now, it doesn't help if I tell him 1 month in advance or 1 day in advance of our social plans. Is this really a guy's thing??? Looking back, I'm very surprised that he remembered which day to show up for his own wedding!!! ;o)
